Shipping Information
Our products ship via USPS Priority
If the products you order are in stock they ship same or next business day via USPS Priority Mail.
If the products you order are not in stock
we ship out same or next day after we receive them from the factory.
If you absolutely have to have the product by a specific event date please call 800-457-2717 we will try our best to work it out with you.

Due to the multiple configurations available with our products, some orders will take longer than others. We try our best to ship every order within 5 business days of your order but we do not guarantee a shipping delivery date on out of stock items.
It is best if you give us your business address for a shipping address.
Shipping in lower 48 US States is FREE
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii $7.50 - Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $15.00
Shipping outside the US
How much does shipping outside of the United States and Canada cost?
International shipping rates are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: weight, dimensions, number of boxes, destination, fees and tariffs, and desired transit time. Contact Customer Service for assistance in determining the best shipping method to your destination.
If you check out with a non-us shipping address the shipping fee is automatically assessed at $25.00.
You are responsible for obtaining any import permits/licenses needed in your country and checking with your local shipping authorities to assure you can recieve this type of merchandise and informing us of such.
Can I Use My Own Shipping Account such as DHL, UPS or Fedex?-Yes in many cases we can, some cases it isn't possible. For example: You place your order by phone after noon central time it may be too late for us to use Fedex.
Our Fedex cutoff is 11 am central.
Our postal service US mail cutoff time is 2 pm Central
Our UPS cutoff time is 2 pm Central
Out of Stock
If the item is delayed we will notify you as soon as we know about it and give you an estimated arrival date at that time.
Our products are often assembled after your order, this can slow shipping a bit but allows us to offer the lowest price on or off the internet!
